comparing cv and RSD in excel

comparing cv and RSD in excel
Hi friends, recently while working with excel I have came across with two terms in excel. I have seen the presence of the cv(Coefficient of Variation) and the RSD (Relative Standard Deviation). So I have seen that both are functioning the same way, just want to know whether this both are same in excel. Thanks for the help if you can

According to my information they are similar if you are referring to Coefficient of Variation and (percent) Relative Standard Deviation. However they are useful formula in excel that can be used for various purpose.
