Need sound driver for gigabyte GA-8SIMLNF
Some days before I got one second hand computer in which there is gigabyte GA-8SIMLNF motherboard and windows XP installed, Now computer is working very well but main problem is with the sound of the computer. In my computer whenever I try to play any music file or any audio related thing at that time there is no sound from my computer. I think this problem is related with sound driver. I don’t have any sound driver CD to install the driver. Now please tell me where I can find the driver for this.

If you want to download the sound driver for gigabyte GA-8SIMLNF then you have to search the drivers on the internet and download it from any third party website because you will not be able to search on the gigabyte official web site because this model is no longer available. Just search the sound driver on internet with help of your motherboard model number and after that download it and install it on your system.

If you don’t want to download the drivers from any third party website then you have to click here GIGABYTE SERVICE SYSTEM and after clicking on that you have to give your E-mail address there and then GIGABYTE Service system team will provide you the drivers. You may be getting the driver download link on your email address. After that download the drivers and then install it in your computer and you r problem will get solved easily.

I have downloaded the drivers from third party website and after that I have installed it in my computer also but after installing that also am not getting any sound from my computer. First I thought that my speakers are having some problem so tried another speakers but with another speakers also I get the same problem. Now please tell me how to fix this issue. If anyone have any suggestion regarding this then please help me with this.

It looks like there might be something wrong with your speaker line out ports and that is why you are not able to get sound from your computer. If you have line out ports in from panel then try to check your speaker with front panel. If you get the same problem in your front panel also then I think this is a hardware issue and I think you need to repair your computer. I hope this information will be helpful to you and you will be able to solve this problem as soon as possible.

After referring your above reply I have tried to connect my speakers with both the panel and after that also problem remains as it is. Now after trying that I came to know that there something wrong with my sound card and after that I have tried other sound card with my computer and at that time I get the sound properly. Now after that I have bought new sound card and all the things are working fine.
