I would like to suggest you the following things and so that you can solve your issue. To do this follows the steps below: make hit on the start icon on the desktop and after that go to the all program. Now under the all program select the Xvid and then go to the configure decoder. Now under the decoder make check mark on the compatibility renderer and when you complete this now close entire application and your problem get solved.

I think you need to install the format factory and so that you can solve your issue. To do this follows the steps below. First download and save the format factory software from the official site and then install it on your system. When you complete the installing format factory, open this software and under that choose the output folder and then drag and drop your video on that and after that select the all to WMV. Now make hit on the OK button, i hope this could help you lot.
